MCHS Varsity Baseball vs Clarke
With the girl’s soccer team screaming in the background, Nick Aylor slid safely into home putting Madison up 1-0 in the bottom of the third inning. Nick was a courtesy runner for pitcher Justin Dodson who led off the inning with a double. (The score was still 1-0 when I left at the end of the fourth.)
Seniors Logan Dodson, Matt Lambert, Chris Deane, and Bradley Gentry, playing in their final regular season home game, threw out the first pitch.
Mr. Berry,
I am very disappointed that Bradley Gentry, a senior, has not appeared in the baseball section of the Madison Eagle. He is, after all, a senior, is a fine young
man, and is attending college on an academic scholorship. This speaks volumns of his commitment
to his studies and to baseball. He has had an excellent season.
Perhaps I am a little partial, as Bradley is my grandson.
