It’s very impressive what Karrin Temple and Heidi Lohr are doing with the cheerleaders these days. New stunts almost every week, and their dance routines just keep getting better and better. They performed their dance routine at half time of the game tonight. It’s very hard to do it justice with still pictures, but here are a few groups shots from the routine.
I’m not sure how long this stink bug (below) was on the court, but I watched him for several minutes during play. He was right in the middle of the lane, just in front of the basket. He survived several rebounds and foul shots before Gage saved his life by kicking him off the court 🙂

Tough night for Madison’s varsity boys….they lost tonight 74-49. Patrick Roebuck led Madison with 23 points. (ScrimmagePlay article on the game.)

The JV boy’s game was certainly worth the trip over to Greene county. Madison trailed for most of the game, finally tying the game at 37 mid way through the fourth period. Final Score: Madison 46, William Monroe 43. Donald Butler once again led the JV Mountaineers with 19 points.

Madison improved tonight to 6-3 in the Bull Run District with a 90-75 win over Central Woodstock. Patrick Roebuck led the Mountaineers with a career high 24 points. Bobby Ford and Travis Warren had 21 each, and Matt Temple put in 16.
Madison’s JV boys also won tonight, defeating Central 43-23. Madison was led in scoring by James Graves and Donald Butler, each with 14 points.
