From MCHS Athletics:
The Softball team traveled to Nottoway this afternoon for their Region 2A East Semi-Final game and won 2-0 in 12 innings. We will host the Region 2A East Championship game Friday at 7:00pmagainst Goochland. With tonights win, Madison has reached the Final Four and earned a spot in next weeks VHSL Group 2A State Championship tournament. ScrimmagePlay article
The Baseball team hosted Randolph Henry tonight for their Region 2A East Semi-Final game and won 4-3 in 8 innings. We will travel to Goochland on Friday for the Region 2A East Championship. Game time will be 5:00pm. With tonights win, Madison has reached the Final Four and earned a spot in next weeks VHSL Group 2A State Championship tournament. The Softball team beat Buffalo Gap tonight 6-1 in the Region 2A East 1/4 finals. Logyn Estes pitched the complete game for the win and Sophia Adams supplied the firepower as she hit a long home run and also added a double.
Madison will travel to Nottoway on Wednesday for a 5:00pm game.

From MCHS Athletics: The Softball team beat Clarke County tonight 2-0 to win the Conference 35 Championship. Logyn Estes hit a solo home run in the 2nd inning that proved to be all the runs the Mountaineers would need. Madison will host Buffalo Gap on Monday night at 7:00 in the Region 2A East 1/4 finals.

From MCHS Athletics:
The Varsity Baseball team beat George Mason 6-0 tonight in the Conference 35 semi-finals. Eli Estes threw 6 2/3 innings of shutout ball to pick up the win.
Chris Smith lead the offense with 3 hits and 2 RBIs. Connor Houser had a hit and 2 RBI and Isiah Smith also had an RBI single.
William Graves was the defensive star making a diving grab of a line drive early in the game to save a run and starting a 3-6-1 double play in the top of the 7th.
Madison will host Central Woodstock tomorrow at 7:00 in the Conference Finals.

The Girls Varsity Soccer team beat Rappahannock this afternoon in the Conference 35 1/4 finals 6-0. Leigh Lumsden and Makayla Taylor had 3 goals each.
