Senior Night

Published by under mchs,seniors,softball

Definitely a night for the seniors! Who would have thought that styrofoam cups would make such good signage 🙂

The lights were not working on the field, and the game stretched into nine innings with the score tied at 1. Senior Sarah Ford led off the bottom of the ninth with a single up the middle, and moved to second on a passed ball. Senior Lauren Yowell layed down one of the nicest sacrifice bunts you ever see and moved Sarah to third, with one out. Senior Carrie Brown hit a deep sacrifice fly to right allowing Sarah to tag up and score the winning run.
