From the Madison Athletics Facebook page: “The Boys Basketball team beat East Rockingham tonight 76-63 behind a balanced offensive attack. The Mountaineers put 4 players in double figures led by Isiah Smith with 20. Dylan Breeden and Dalton Taylor both had 16 and Dre Twyman added 10. Madison also got good play tonight from Gaines Swink (6 points), Elijah Lewis (6 points) and Kobi Alexander (4 points). Madison advances to the Region 2A East 1/4 finals and will travel to Bluestone on Tuesday February 23rd for a 7:00pm game.” Click any photo below to see the photo gallery from the game.

From Madison Athletics (Facebook page): “The Boys Basketball team beat Central tonight 55-36 in the semi-finals of the Conference 35 tournament. Madison dominated from start to finish as Dylan Breeden controlled the paint and Isiah Smith the tempo. Kobi Alexander had a nice game tonight on the glass getting double figure rebounds The Mountaineers will travel to George Mason on Saturday for the Conference Championship game starting at 8:00pm.” Click either photo below to see the gallery from the game.

MCHS Varsity Boys Basketball vs Central Woodstock. Conference 35 semi finals. Madison wins 55-36. Dylan Breeden led Madison with 22 points.
